The apartment at Kokoni Apartments Ambelokipi was a great stay for me. It had everything I needed - two bedrooms for comfortable rest, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine, and a cozy living room to relax. The air-conditioning was a bonus!
Some may find the stovetop in the apartment a bit limited, but it was not a big issue for me.

I recently stayed at Kokoni Apartments in Athens and it was truly worth the visit! The apartment itself felt like a step back in time to the '60s, with unique exhibits that added to the experience. The comfortable beds were a welcome retreat after exploring the vibrant city of Athens. The location was quiet, yet central and easily accessible to the metro. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this apartment for a unique and comfortable stay in Athens.

The apartment had a balcony with lit waterfalls, and a shared courtyard with seating and another lit waterfall. Close to Metro, shops, restaurants, and bars, yet not noisy. The owner, Costa, was very nice and available anytime. Flight delay was handled well. Definitely recommend staying here.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The apartment is jaw-droppingly beautiful with a balcony overlooking lit waterfalls and a peaceful courtyard with another lit waterfall. It's super close to shops, restaurants, and bars, but miraculously not noisy. The owner, Costa, is a super nice guy who is available anytime. He even went above and beyond by arranging to pick up my delayed girlfriend from the airport. The fully-equipped kitchen is a wow! The communication with the host was above and beyond, with constant advice and guidance. The spaciousness of the apartment was perfect for my family of 5. And let me tell you, this place is not just an apartment; it's a museum with '60s-era exhibits that transport you back in time. The beds are so comfortable that they're a welcome relief after long days exploring. I can't recommend this place enough. Stay here and you won't regret it!

The host, Costa, was super chill and let us check in early and check out late. The apartment was in a dope neighborhood and had TVs in every room, perfect for catching up on our favorite shows. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we could cook up some bomb meals. And the best part? The free landline telephone, so we could order a taxi without blowing up our data plan!
The only thing missing was a sick sound system or Bluetooth speakers in the apartment. It would have taken our pre-game sessions to the next level!

The apartment had all the amenities I needed for my Christmas stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars. the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
One minor issue was that the lounge TV channels sometimes paused on their own, which could be a bit frustrating. Another downside was the lack of privacy in the shared backyard, although there was seating available in the front of the apartment.
